Identify geometric properties of two-dimensional and three-dimensional shapes (faces, edges and vertices)

Describe and identify, compare and sort polygons

Create polygons using other polygons ( two triangles make a square)

Discuss geometric shapes in the world around us and explain why that shape. Benefits it's purpose ( wheels are cylinders because they need to roll)

Grade 3 

Explain the difference between polyhedra and on polyhedra and compare

Explain and compare prisms and pyramids

Identify a right angle and compare angles that are bigger and smaller to a right angle

Terms to know: parallelogram, trapezoid, quadrilateral rhombus, right angle, prism, pyramid, polygon

Silver Birch Festival is tomorrow and measurement test is on Thursday
