Multiplication, Division and Fractions Test Review
Grade 2
-          Fractions are connected to various aspects of our lives such as time, music, measuring for cooking etc.
Fractions with Manipulatives
-Comparing fractions ( ½ is bigger than ¼)
-Regrouping fractions into whole fractions (9/4 makes 2 and 1/4)
-Problem Solving with Fractions ( If Austin has ¾ and Haru has 2/4 than Austin has ¼ more than Haru)
Multiplication
-represents and explains basic multiplication through arrays, groups, skip counting, repeated addition and number lines
Division
-represents and explains basic division (equal grouping) through arrays, grouping, skip counting, repeated subtraction and number lines
Understand the relationship between multiplication and division

Grade 3 Students are expected to know the same information as Grade 2 students with a higher expectation of problem solving. They are also expected to know:
-          Fractions, using terms such as halves, quarters, eighths etc.

-          Mental multiplication up to 7 times 7 and division up to 49 divided by 7
